Start My Numbers LLC (Registration No. 999.110.15866993, INN: 00548323) respects your right to control your personal data. This page describes how you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using any of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open the Start My Numbers app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap "Account"
4. Tap "Delete My Account"
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• Your registered email address
• Your full name as it appears on your account

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, date of birth, gender, location)
• Your avatar and uploaded images
• Your reading history and saved readings
• Your device registrations and push notification tokens
• Your subscription records and payment transaction history
• Your saved card bindings (for Ameriabank payments)
• All compatibility checks and saved results

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated immediately, and all data will be permanently purged from our systems within the stated timeframe.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
• We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax and accounting purposes) for the legally mandated period.
• Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics.
