These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Start My Numbers mobile application ("App") operated by Start My Numbers LLC (Registration No. 999.110.15866993, INN: 00548323), located at Yerevan, Erebuni, 20 Nor Aresh, H. 21, 0075, Armenia ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers both free (Basic) and paid (Full) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, or Ameriabank. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies are governed by the respective payment platform's terms.

4. Content and Readings

All numerology readings, forecasts, compatibility reports, and other content provided through the App are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or applicability of readings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software in the App are owned by Start My Numbers LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start My Numbers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
